Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Review and analyze system requirements and specifications.
  • Develop, execute, and maintain manual and automated test cases.
  • Collaborate with QA and development teams to design test strategies and plans.
  • Evaluate product code and ensure compliance with specifications and standards.
  • Identify, log, and track defects, reporting issues to the development team.
  • Conduct post-release / post-implementation testing to ensure stability.
  • Document test results and provide clear, actionable feedback to stakeholders.
  • Support troubleshooting of issues alongside development teams.
  • Work with cross-functional teams (developers, analysts, clients) to ensure quality across the SDLC.
  • Ensure adherence to organizational QA policies, procedures, and quality standards.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Education: BSc/BA in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
  • Experience: 5+ years in Quality Assurance / Software Testing.
  • Technical Skills:
    Strong expertise in manual and automation testing.
    Hands-on experience with test management tools (e.g., qTest, Zephyr) and SQL.
    Familiarity with Agile frameworks, regression testing, and defect lifecycle management.
    Ability to document, analyze, and troubleshoot errors effectively.
  • Behavioral Competencies:
    Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
    Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (face-to-face, phone, and electronic).
    Ability to collaborate with developers, testers, and clients while maintaining professionalism and credibility.
    Effective teamwork, coordination, and stakeholder communication.
  • Languages: English (must have), Arabic (must have).
  • Other: Open to working in both indoor (70%) and outdoor (30%) environments.
