Job Summary:

We are seeking a talented and passionate Arabic Chef to join our culinary team. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding and appreciation of Arabic cuisine, ensuring authentic and high-quality dishes are prepared for our guests. This role requires creativity, attention to detail, and the ability to lead and work within a team.

Key Responsibilities:

Preparation of Arabic Dishes: Prepare and cook traditional Arabic dishes, ensuring high-quality presentation and authenticity.

Menu Creation: Assist in the development and innovation of Arabic-themed menus, incorporating regional specialties and seasonal ingredients.

Quality Control: Ensure that all dishes meet the restaurant's quality standards for taste, presentation, and safety.

Team Collaboration: Work closely with the kitchen staff to ensure smooth operations and timely delivery of meals.

Inventory and Ordering: Oversee the ordering of ingredients and manage stock levels to ensure ingredients are always fresh.

Culinary Training: Train junior chefs and kitchen staff on the preparation of Arabic dishes and proper cooking techniques.

Maintaining Cleanliness: Ensure kitchen cleanliness and adherence to hygiene standards at all times.

Guest Interaction: Occasionally interact with guests to ensure their satisfaction with the meal and receive feedback for improvements.
