Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Lead and mentor a team of two junior collection specialists.
Oversee credit applications, set limits, and approve credit extensions.
Monitor receivables, minimize overdue balances, and keep cash flowing.
Build strong bridges between sales, finance, and clients to resolve issues.
Prepare clear reports on collections performance & credit risk for management.
Desired Candidate Profile
What They re Looking For
Bachelor s in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
Proven experience in Accounts Receivable, Credit Control, or Collections management.
Strong leadership with proven team management skills.
Excellent communication & negotiation abilities with clients.
Native Arabic speaker (English proficiency is a plus).
Riyadh-based or willing to relocate (on-site role)./p>
