Roles & Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities
- Build production-ready AI pipelines including data ingestion, vector indexing, enrichment, and evaluation.
- Develop RAG systems, context engineering strategies, and model orchestration layers.
- Select, fine tune, or optimize models based on performance benchmarks and safety requirements.
- Implement advanced prompt engineering patterns and automated evaluation tooling.
- Collaborate with product, engineering, and data teams to integrate AI solutions into critical workflows.
- Optimize performance, latency, and reliability of AI workloads.
Experience & Qualifications
- 3 7 years of experience in applied AI/ML engineering or LLM development.
- Experience working with modern AI stacks (e.g., vector DBs, orchestration frameworks, model hosts).
- Strong understanding of evaluation frameworks, prompt design, and model optimization.
