Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

� Key Responsibilities
Provide L1/L2 support for enterprise/government IT systems.
Investigate, troubleshoot, and resolve issues raised via ticketing tools (Jira, ServiceNow, ManageEngine, etc.).
Write, debug, and optimize Oracle PL/SQL queries; generate reports (Excel/CSV/PDF).
Document recurring issues, solutions, and standard operating procedures.
Support walk-in clients, ensuring clear communication in Arabic and English.
Collaborate with internal teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions.

Desired Candidate Profile

✅ Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in IT or related field.
2–3 years of experience in application support.
Strong knowledge of Oracle PL/SQL, databases, and reporting.
Familiarity with real estate or financial systems is preferred.
Arabic (mandatory) and English (professional proficiency).
Excellent problem-solving, documentation, and customer service skills.
