Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
· Provide first and second-line application support for enterprise systems, ensuring timely issue diagnosis and resolution in line with SLAs.
· Manage incidents, service requests, and change requests using ticketing systems (e.g., Microsoft Dynamics, Jira...).
· Diagnose and resolve user-raised issues through log analysis, debugging, and Oracle database queries.
· Perform root cause analysis to prevent recurring issues and implement long-term fixes.
· Collaborate with business users to understand functional issues and translate them into technical solutions.
· Interpret and analyze data from Oracle database tables to support issue resolution and business queries
· Support deployment activities, including upgrades, patching, and release rollouts.
· Monitor system availability and performance, taking proactive measures to reduce downtime.
· Document recurring issues, solutions, and recommendations for process or system improvements.
· Coordinate with cross-functional teams (Development, QA, Infrastructure, DBA) to resolve issues efficiently.
· Ensure adherence to ITIL processes, SLA compliance, and internal policies.
· Assist in minor development tasks, bug fixes, and integration scripting as needed.
· Contribute feedback to continuous system enhancement and service improvement initiatives.
· Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Development, QA, Infrastructure, and Database teams.
Desired Candidate Profile
Must-Have:
· Must be Arabic speaker
· Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
· 3–5 years of experience in application support (L1/L2) with exposure to development and database-related roles.
· Strong hands-on experience with .NET Framework / .NET Core (C#).
· Proficiency in Oracle SQL / PL-SQL for debugging, queries, and data analysis.
· Proven experience in troubleshooting and data analysis across back-end systems.
· Familiarity with application monitoring and ticketing systems (e.g., Microsoft Dynamics, Jira…).
· Excellent communication skills in both Arabic and English, with ability to engage technical teams and business users.
· Strong ownership, accountability, and problem-solving mindset.
· Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities within tight deadlines.
Good to Have:
· Knowledge of Java/J2EE applications.
· Familiarity with web services (SOAP/REST APIs).
· Experience with application servers (IIS, WebLogic, Tomcat).
· Exposure to DevOps pipelines (CI/CD) and version control (Git).
· ITIL Foundation certification or work experience in ITIL-governed environments.
