Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Support and maintain business applications to ensure smooth daily operations
Act as the main contact for users, helping resolve application-related issues
Configure and update systems based on business needs
Work with IT teams and vendors on improvements, upgrades, and fixes
Assist with testing, deployment, and basic user training
An application-focused professional who enjoys solving problems and supporting users
A bridge between technical systems and business users
Someone who ensures applications run efficiently and deliver a good user experience
How you will fit
Bachelor s degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field
2+ years of experience in application or software support
Good understanding of business applications (ERP, CRM, or similar systems)
Strong communication and problem-solving skills
Basic knowledge of databases or scripting is a plus.
