Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

We are seeking a Technical Sales Engineer to join our Climate Control Division in Sharjah. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying potential customers, developing new business opportunities, and providing technical support to ensure customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities for HVAC systems and solutions.
  • Promote the company’s products and services to OEMs, consultants, contractors, and end-users.
  • Prepare and deliver technical presentations to demonstrate how our solutions meet client needs.
  • Negotiate prices, terms, and contracts to close deals and meet sales targets.
  • Maintain strong relationships with existing customers to ensure repeat business and referrals.
  • Coordinate with internal departments (Design, Production, Service) to ensure timely project execution.
  • Monitor project progress and ensure customer expectations are met.
  • Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for management.

Desired Candidate Profile

Technical Skills:

  • Strong knowledge of HVAC systems and components (Chillers, AHUs, FCUs, Heat Exchangers, Coils, etc.)
  • Understanding of project specifications and technical requirements.
  • Experience preparing proposals and system designs with engineering teams.
  • Familiarity with HVAC standards, regulations, and the UAE/Oman market.

  • Strong presentation and client management skills.
  • Technical understanding and problem-solving ability.
  • Positive attitude with a customer-focused approach.
