Roles & Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

Technical Expertise & Design

  • Analyze customer requirements and design tailored motor solutions using specialized software, market expertise, and design engineering support.

  • Provide technical consultation to customers and internal teams on motor products and systems.

  • Develop innovative concepts and customized solutions for customer drive systems and applications.

Sales & Customer Support

  • Act as the primary technical contact for customers and the sales organization.

  • Manage customer inquiries, orders, and requests for proposals (RFPs).

  • Support the sales team by ensuring technical accuracy and alignment with customer needs.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Collaborate with Sales, Design Engineering, Production, and Customer Service teams.

  • Partner with System Integrators, OEMs, and other stakeholders to develop effective solutions.

Project Support

  • Assist in design, testing, and commissioning of products and systems.

  • Provide ongoing technical support throughout the product lifecycle.

  • Prepare technical documentation, conduct feasibility studies, and ensure compliance with standards.

Product Improvement & Knowledge Sharing

  • Identify opportunities for product enhancement and new functionalities.

  • Share technical expertise and best practices within the MEEM community.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Education & Background

    • Bachelor s degree in Engineering (Electrical or Mechanical).

    • Experience in the electrical machinery industry or electrical engineering is strongly preferred.

  • Technical Skills

    • Proficiency in motor design software and application development tools.

    • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.).

    • Experience with coding/testing application software is an asset.

  • Core Competencies

    • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to resolve complex technical challenges.

    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to convey technical concepts clearly.

    • Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects, and take full accountability for results.
