Key Responsibilities

• Content Strategy & Planning: Work with the Content Manager and cross-functional teams to plan, develop, and implement engaging content strategies tailored for the Niceone mobile app.
• Content Quality Assurance: Review, edit, and approve text, images, and multimedia to ensure high standards, consistency, and relevancy across all app touchpoints.
• Team Supervision: Lead and mentor a team of content creators, editors, and coordinators, providing constructive feedback and fostering professional growth.
• Content Scheduling and Updates: Oversee the timely scheduling and regular updating of app content, including promotions, banners, articles, and feature releases.
• SEO and Optimization: Ensure all app content is SEO-optimized for searchability and discoverability, leveraging keywords and best practices to maximize user engagement.
• Collaboration: Partner with marketing, product, and tech teams to deliver cohesive campaigns and seamless user experiences through the app.
• User-Centric Approach: Analyze user engagement data and feedback to continuously refine and improve app content, enhancing value and satisfaction for our customers.
• Compliance & Brand Alignment: Uphold legal, ethical, and brand standards in all app content, ensuring accessibility and inclusiveness for all users.

Skills and Requirements

• Bachelor s degree in Communications, Marketing, Journalism, Digital Media, or a related field.
• 2+ years of experience in content management, digital publishing, or editorial roles, preferably with an app or ecommerce focus.
• Demonstrated expertise in supervising or leading content teams in a fast-paced digital environment.
• Strong editing, proofreading, and written communication skills in English (Arabic proficiency is an advantage).
• Solid understanding of content optimization and SEO for mobile and digital platforms.
• Experience with app content management systems, analytics tools, and digital collaboration platforms.
• Creative, analytical mindset with attention to detail and a passion for storytelling.
