Roles & Responsibilities

  • Design and implement Dynatrace monitoring solutions tailored to complex application architectures, ensuring optimal performance visibility.
  • Provide expert guidance on leveraging Dynatrace's AI-powered analytics to proactively identify and resolve performance bottlenecks.
  • Conduct in-depth performance analysis, including root cause analysis, using Dynatrace to optimize application performance and user experience.
  • Develop and maintain custom dashboards, reports, and alerts within Dynatrace to meet specific business and technical requirements.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is preferred.
  • Possess relevant industry certifications, such as Dynatrace Certified Professional, is a plus.
  • Minimum 5+ years of experience in application performance monitoring and Dynatrace implementation is expected.
  • Proven experience working in the financial services or e-commerce sector, is highly desirable.
