Roles & Responsibilities

Lulu Retail is the largest full line retailer across GCC and has recently listed on the Abu Dhabi Securities Exchange. The company looking for an Analyst to join the Corporate Strategy team during an exciting transformation period in the company. This role offers a unique opportunity to shape Lulu’s strategic direction and drive internal growth initiatives.


  • Assist in the development of the company's corporate strategy, working closely with senior leaders to define strategic priorities and identify growth opportunities
  • Conduct in-depth market research and analysis to identify emerging trends, competitive landscape, and industry best practices
  • Analyse business performance data and prepare recommendations or senior stakeholders on key business decisions, including mergers and acquisitions, partnerships, and new market entry
  • Support the development and implementation of strategic initiatives and action plans to drive business performance and achieve company objectives
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and successful execution of strategic initiatives
  • Track and evaluate the progress of strategic initiatives, identifying potential risks and recommending course corrections
  • Create compelling presentations and reports for leadership meetings, communicating key strategic insights

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, Economics or related fields
  • 1-4 years of experience in strategy, consulting, analytics or a similar role with exposure to retail sector
  • Analytical and critical thinking skills, with the ability to translate complex data and information into actionable insights and recommendations
  • Proficiency in data analysis tools and methods
  • Exposure to financial modelling
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex ideas to various stakeholders
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a challenging environment
