Roles & Responsibilities
Job Description:
Contribute to the implementation, management and consolidation of the company's digital transformation and process roadmap, ensuring coordination between business and technical teams, formalization of needs, change management and monitoring of deliverables and schedules.
Location: Casablanca Headquarters can possibly be hybrid according to customer requirement
Duration of the mission : 3 months renewable
Mission start: 03/11/2025
Responsibilities:
1. Steering the digital transformation roadmap
Ensure the updating, monitoring and consolidation of the digital roadmap and processes.
Prepare steering committees and progress reviews.
Identify risks, dependencies and gaps vs. set objectives.
Produce consolidated dashboards, KPIs and reporting.
Participate in the implementation or improvement of management tools and methodologies (portfolios, prioritization matrices, etc.).
2. Analysis and functional framing for the projects in charge
Collect and formalize business needs through workshops and interviews.
Write expressions of needs, functional specifications and framework files.
Participate in the prioritization of projects according to business value and digital maturity.
Ensure the consistency of target processes with company standards.
3. Monitoring of design and implementation for projects under responsibility
Participate in the review of project deliverables (user stories, tests, deployment deliverables).
Contribute to the functional acceptance and UAT phases.
Coordinate the validation of processes and their integration into the global framework.
4. Change support for projects in charge
Prepare communication and training materials associated with new processes/tools.
Support businesses in the adoption of digital solutions.
Identify change management and training needs.
Measure the impact of change on users through indicators
Organize awareness and feedback sessions to encourage adoption of new processes/tools.
5. Continuous improvement and capitalization
Document processes, best practices and feedback.
Propose actions for continuous optimization of operational performance.
Ensure the updating of the documentary reference (processes, project sheets, KPIs).
Required skills:
Technique
Good command of the project life cycle (framing, design, acceptance, deployment).
Knowledge of project portfolio management tools.
Proficiency in process modeling tools.
Knowledge of ERP, Data & Digital Workplace environments (SAP, Power BI, etc.).
Good understanding of the issues related to digital transformation and IT governance.
Ability to lead co-construction workshops with teams.
Ability to translate business issues into clear and actionable functional requirements.
Language: Mainly French but the service provider must also be able to communicate or produce deliverables in English if necessary
Functional
Cross-functional vision of business processes (HR, Finance, Purchasing, Delivery, etc.).
Knowledge of the principles of change management and strategic alignment.
Ability to challenge business needs and propose pragmatic solutions.
Profile sought:
Confirmed AMOA Consultant
Bac+5 (Engineering, Management, IS, or equivalent).
Minimum 4 to 8 years of experience in AMOA, digital transformation or process management.
Experience in a consulting firm or in a company undergoing transformation is appreciated.
