Roles & Responsibilities

Position:
Amea Field Engineer - Middle East And Central Asia

Summary:
As a Amea Field Engineer - Middle East And Central Asia, you will be responsible for providing hands-on field engineering services to support the International Services business, ensuring the delivery of high-quality solutions that meet customer requirements and drive Total Customer Satisfaction.

Responsibilities:
Provide system troubleshooting, diagnostic and rectification of technical issues in client s products and third-party equipment (microwave, multiplexer, RF antenna and power systems)
Carry out a variety of tasks and modify, repair, maintain, upgrade and install communication systems, equipment, parts and accessories
Conduct testing and verification in accordance with customer operational environment
Attend sites for scheduled Preventive Maintenance Inspection (PMI)
Support standby roster, 24x7 operation

Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent, with recognized Technician Course(s) and Basic RF Cabling / Two Way Radio training. A Diploma or degree in Engineering (Electrical) or related discipline is an advantage.
Minimum 2 years of experience in It & Telecom roles, with a focus on communications products and systems including system installation, commissioning, and exposure to customer issues. Experience with on-call roster systems is essential.
