Roles & Responsibilities
Role Description
This is a full-time, permanent role for an Amazon and Marketplace Specialist at Bagsy.
The role involves managing our brand presence across major online marketplaces including Amazon, Noon, Centerpoint and others.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for optimizing listings, executing marketplace advertising strategies, analyzing performance data, managing stock, and ensuring premium brand representation across platforms.
This position requires strong technical knowledge of marketplace systems, digital marketing skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
Qualifications
- Bachelor s degree in Business, Marketing, E-commerce, or equivalent experience (minimum 2 years in UAE).
- Proven experience managing Amazon Seller Central, Noon Partner Portal, and other GCC marketplaces.
- Proficiency with tools such as Amazon Ads Console, Noon Sponsored Ads, Helium 10, Jungle Scout, Flat Files, and Seller Central Analytics.
- Strong understanding of listing optimization (SEO for marketplaces), A+ Content creation, and keyword strategy.
- Experience with inventory management, replenishment planning, and platform-based promotions.
- Paid ads management on marketplaces (Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, Sponsored Display).
- Ability to create, monitor, and optimize advertising campaigns for maximum ROI.
- Strong analytical skills with experience using reporting tools like Brand Analytics, Business Reports, and Looker Studio.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate across departments (marketing, logistics, finance).
- Experience in premium product positioning is a plus.
Key Responsibilities
Marketplace Growth & Strategy
Own Bagsy s entire marketplace strategy across Amazon, Noon, and other platforms, ensuring consistent premium brand positioning.
Develop and execute growth roadmaps for each platform, with clear KPIs for sales, profitability, and market share.
Identify new marketplace opportunities and lead onboarding/expansion projects.
Catalog & Content Optimization
Oversee full catalog management, including bulk uploads, flat files, and automated processes.
Develop SEO-driven product titles, descriptions, bullet points, and keyword strategies.
Lead the creation of A+ Content, Brand Stores, and video content, ensuring world-class customer experiences.
Advanced Advertising Management
Design and manage multi-layered ad strategies across Sponsored Ads, Sponsored Display, and DSP.
Optimize campaigns based on ACoS, TACoS, ROAS, and profitability metrics.
Conduct advanced A/B testing on creative, targeting, and bidding strategies.
Analytics & Performance
Build and manage custom reporting dashboards using Looker Studio and marketplace APIs.
Conduct weekly/monthly business reviews with insights and action plans.
Identify invalid traffic, review manipulation, and competitor threats, taking corrective actions.
Inventory & Commercials
Work closely with supply chain and warehouse teams to forecast demand, plan replenishment, and avoid stockouts or overstocking.
Monitor contribution margins, ad spend efficiency, and SKU profitability.
Ensure price parity and compliance across all platforms.
Brand Protection & Customer Experience
Enforce MAP policies, protect against hijackers, and ensure premium presentation across platforms.
Monitor reviews, ratings, and Q&A; develop strategies to improve customer satisfaction and brand trust.
Maintain Bagsy s premium image through content, communication, and backend operations.
