Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities:
- Execute the bi-weekly communication plan (e.g., newsletters, alumni spotlights) across social media platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, etc.) and email, ensuring engaging and creative content.
- Maintain and update the graduate database ensuring data accuracy and integrity.
- Conduct strong phone calls to graduates for data verification, surveying, and event promotion.
- Promote and execute a diverse calendar of alumni events.
- Actively network with prominent alumni to encourage their participation as guest speakers, mentors, and industry partners.
- Collaborate with the Career Services focal point to integrate alumni into career readiness programmes and student development initiatives.
Desired Candidate Profile
Minimum Requirements:
- A 2-Year Diploma in any discipline.
- Minimum Academic IELTS score of 5.5.
- Excellent written and verbal communication in both Arabic and English.
- Highly creative with experience in social media management and content creation; strong networking and event organization skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Evidence of extensive participation in volunteering and prior involvement in student clubs.
- Proven volunteering history and active involvement in student clubs/student councils during studies.
- Ability to multi-task and work flexible hours, including evenings/weekends for events.
