� Job Title: Aluminum & Glass Supervisor

Location: Dubai, UAE
Experience: Minimum 5 years UAE experience in aluminum & glass works
Industry: Construction / Facade

�️ Job Purpose:

To oversee and coordinate aluminum and glass installation works on site, ensuring compliance with design specifications, safety standards, and project timelines. The supervisor will act as the main liaison between site crews, project managers, and subcontractors, ensuring smooth and high-quality execution of works.

� Key Responsibilities:

� Supervision & Execution

• Supervise day-to-day site activities for aluminum and glass installation (e.g. curtain walls, windows, doors, cladding).
• Ensure works are executed according to approved drawings, method statements, and safety procedures.
• Lead and manage site teams, fabricators, and installers; assign tasks and monitor progress.
• Coordinate with subcontractors and suppliers for timely material deliveries and execution.

� Technical Oversight

• Read and interpret architectural and shop drawings, BOQs, and material submittals.
• Provide guidance on proper installation techniques and solve site-related technical issues.
• Inspect and ensure quality of materials and workmanship before, during, and after installation.
• Conduct snagging and prepare punch lists; follow up on rectification works.

�️ Documentation & Reporting

• Prepare daily progress reports, manpower reports, and site diaries.
• Coordinate with QA/QC for inspections and approvals.
• Report issues and delays to the project management team and propose solutions.
• Maintain logs for materials, equipment, manpower, and inspection status.

�️ Health & Safety

• Ensure all activities are conducted in compliance with safety regulations and permit-to-work systems.
• Enforce PPE use, safe working practices, and immediate response to unsafe conditions.
• Participate in safety toolbox talks and ensure site team awareness.
