Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate all Aluminium fabrication activities in the workshop.
• Review work orders, technical drawings, and specifications to ensure accurate execution.
• Monitor production processes to maintain high-quality standards and efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations at all times.
• Train, mentor, and evaluate team members to enhance performance and skill development.
• Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and clients to meet project timelines and requirements.
• Maintain equipment, tools, and workshop organization to ensure smooth operations.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements to enhance productivity and reduce waste.
• Prepare reports on production progress, quality issues, and team performance.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing, Metal Fabrication, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in Aluminium fabrication or metalworks.
• At least 2 4 years of experience in a supervisory or team lead role.
• Strong knowledge of Aluminium fabrication techniques, welding, cutting, and assembly.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.
• Familiarity with workshop safety standards and quality control procedures.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and team management skills.
• Strong problem-solving, organizational, and time-management abilities.
• Proficiency with fabrication tools, machines, and relevant software is a plus.
