Role & responsibilities

  • Set up, operate, and monitor cladding machines according to production specifications.
  • Adjust machine settings (speed, pressure, temperature) for optimal bonding.
  • Feed raw materials into machines and monitor material flow.
  • Inspect finished products to ensure compliance with technical and quality standards.
  • Identify and report defects or deviations from specifications.
  • Perform regular machine checks and preventive maintenance.
  • Maintain accurate production logs and inspection records.
  • Report machine malfunctions or required repairs to maintenance teams.

A Clad Machine Operator is responsible for operating and maintaining cladding machines that bond two or more dissimilar metals or materials together.
