Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Alignment Technician to join our automotive service team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for diagnosing, adjusting, and repairing wheel alignment and suspension systems to ensure optimal vehicle performance, safety, and customer satisfaction.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Perform wheel alignments on a variety of vehicles using alignment machines and manufacturer specifications.
- Inspect and diagnose suspension, steering, and tire issues that may affect alignment.
- Adjust vehicle suspension components such as tie rods, control arms, and camber/caster angles.
- Conduct road tests to confirm repair success and proper vehicle handling.
- Provide accurate documentation of services performed and any recommended repairs.
- Communicate effectively with service advisors and customers regarding service findings.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment, adhering to company safety standards.
- Stay current with industry trends, alignment tools, and equipment calibration.
Desired Candidate Profile
Qualification:
ITI / Diploma / Any other certification in Automobile Engineering.
Required Skills & Experience:
Knowledge of modern vehicle electronic steering systems.
Familiarity with tire mounting, balancing, and rotation.
Proficiency in using alignment machines and diagnostic tools.
- Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
Minimum 2 years experience in similar role, GCC Experience preferred.
Bosch Car Service Centre / Multi branded vehicle service Centre Experience preferred.
UAE manual driving license & knowledge of Abu Dhabi roads.
Excellent English language skills.
Arabic Language will be an added advantage.
Customer service experience & Smart appearance.
Hard working approach & positive attitude.
