Roles & Responsibilities
Assist passengers at check-in counters and boarding gates
Handle customer queries and provide flight information
Support baggage handling and tagging
Coordinate with airline and airport teams
Maintain safety, security, and service standards
Assist passengers during arrival and departure procedures
Ensure smooth airport operations and passenger satisfaction
Desired Candidate Profile
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Customer-friendly attitude
Basic computer knowledge
Ability to work in rotational shifts
