About The Role :

As an Airport Greeter at Four Seasons Red Sea, you are the first representative our guests encounter upon arrival. Your primary responsibility is to ensure all arriving guests with confirmed flight details are warmly welcomed, promptly assisted with their luggage, and guided to their transportation with ease and efficiency.

By actively monitoring flight arrivals and coordinating closely with Front Office, Concierge, and Transportation teams, you help deliver a seamless, worry-free experience from the moment guests step off their flight. Your professionalism and attention to detail allow you to identify guests accurately, communicate any updates or delays to relevant teams, and ensure a smooth transition to their resort experience.

This role requires both physical capability and excellent interpersonal skills, as assisting with luggage and offering clear transportation guidance are key parts of the guest journey. More importantly, your positive energy and caring attitude help set the tone for the luxury and warmth that define Four Seasons service.

Knowledge and Skills:

• Strong customer service orientation with a warm, welcoming demeanor

• Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays

• Minimum of one year of experience in hospitality or a guest-facing role

• Fluent in Arabic and English (spoken and written)

• Strong communication and coordination skills

• Attention to detail, especially when handling guest information and logistics
