Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Lead and supervise the airline reservations and ticketing team.
Oversee flight bookings, ticket issuance, reissuance, refunds, and exchanges.
Ensure accuracy and compliance with airline/IATA regulations.
Negotiate fares, incentives, and deals with airlines and consolidators.
Resolve escalated customer issues and provide excellent client support.
Monitor sales targets, prepare reports, and coordinate with accounting on ticket reconciliation.
Desired Candidate Profile
Bachelor s degree in Tourism, Business, or related field (preferred).
5+ years of airline reservations/ticketing experience (2+ in a managerial role).
Proficiency in GDS systems (Amadeus, Sabre, Galileo).
Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Customer-focused with strong attention to detail.
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
