Roles & Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

  • Value Identification & Measurement:
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to identify key areas where AI can drive business value, including operational efficiency, cost reduction, customer experience, and revenue growth.
  • Define and implement metrics and KPIs to track AI value realisation across various business units.
  • Work with AI team to develop models and simulations that quantify potential AI benefits.

AI Project Evaluation:

  • Assess the potential impact of AI solutions and projects before deployment.
  • Evaluate business cases and ROI for AI projects to provide data-driven insights and recommendations.
  • Perform post-implementation reviews to assess whether AI solutions are achieving desired outcomes and helping meet business goals.

Stakeholder Management:

  • Act as the bridge between technical AI teams and business units, translating AI deliverables into actionable business strategies.
  • Communicate the business value of AI investments clearly and effectively to non_x0002_technical stakeholders, including executives.
  • Manage stakeholder expectations around AI capabilities, timelines, and outcomes.

Continuous Improvement & Optimization:

  • Support continuous improvement of AI initiatives by identifying opportunities for optimization based on performance metrics and feedback.
  • Provide recommendations to enhance AI models or workflows to increase business impact.
  • Monitor industry trends and emerging AI technologies, ensuring that the organization s AI initiatives stay competitive.

Reporting & Documentation:

  • Develop regular reports and dashboards that track AI performance and value delivered.
  • Maintain detailed documentation of AI value assessments, business cases, and ROI analysis for future reference and audit purposes.

Desired Candidate Profile

Educational Background:

  • Bachelor s or master s degree in Business Strategy, Economics, Management Information Systems, Digital Transformation, or a related field focused on quantifying business impact and technology value.

Technical Expertise:

  • Understanding of AI technologies and their applications in business environments.
  • Experience with data analysis and visualization tools (e.g., Python, R, Power BI, Tableau).

Business Acumen:

  • Solid understanding of business strategy, operations, and financial modelling.
  • Experience in business case development, ROI analysis, and value tracking for AI or other technology-driven projects.

Communication Skills:

  • Exceptional ability to translate AI concepts into clear, actionable insights for senior management and business leaders.
  • Strong presentation and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence decision-making processes.

Experience:

  • 3-5 years of experience in a data-driven or analytics role, with a focus on AI or business intelligence.
  • Proven track record of driving measurable business value using AI technologies.

Analytical Mindset:

  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking abilities.
  • Comfort with quantitative analysis and financial modelling to evaluate the impact of AI initiatives.

Preferred Experience:

  • Familiarity with AI product management, AI strategy, or AI consulting.
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams in large, complex organizations.
  • Understanding of UAE/MENA healthcare landscape and payer workflows is a plus.
