Role Overview

We are looking for an AI/ML & Data Analytics Solutions Architect to design and deliver end-to-end AI-driven solutions that combine machine learning, data visualization, and business analytics. You will collaborate with business leaders and technical teams to transform data into actionable insights and intelligent solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and deploy AI/ML models (forecasting, classification, clustering, anomaly detection).
• Develop interactive dashboards using Power BI (preferred), Tableau, or Plotly.
• Design ETL pipelines and data models with Azure Data Factory, Spark, or Databricks.
• Conduct EDA and statistical analysis to derive business insights.
• Translate business problems into AI/Analytics use cases across industries (Finance, Healthcare, Supply Chain, Retail, Sustainability).
• Deploy and monitor ML models in production using Azure ML / Databricks MLflow.

Required Skills

• Bachelor’s/master’s in computer science, Data Science, or AI/ML.
• 5–8 years’ experience in AI/ML, Data Analytics, or BI solutions.
• Strong in Python (Pandas, Scikit-learn, TensorFlow/PyTorch), SQL.
• Hands-on with Power BI (mandatory) and Azure cloud services.
• Excellent communication and storytelling with data skills.

Preferred

• Certifications in Microsoft Azure Data/AI or Databricks ML.
• Experience with MLOps (MLflow, Azure DevOps).
• Domain knowledge in 2–3 industries (Finance, Healthcare, Retail, Supply Chain, Sustainability).
