Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Design and integrate AI/ML modules into ERP workflows (e.g., demand forecasting, expense categorization, anomaly detection).

  • Implement natural language query systems to let users interact with data conversationally.

  • Develop document intelligence pipelines using OCR + NLP for invoices, receipts, and forms.

  • Build and manage vector databases for AI-driven search and knowledge retrieval.

  • Collaborate with backend developers to embed AI features via APIs or microservices.

  • Optimize and monitor model performance and inference latency in production.

  • Design, develop, and maintain data pipelines for structured and unstructured data.

  • Implement and deploy machine learning models and AI algorithms into production.

  • Work with large datasets from multiple sources, ensuring data quality and consistency. Collaborate with product, engineering, and business teams to deliver AI solutions.

  • Optimize data storage and processing for performance and scalability.

  • Monitor and maintain AI/ML system performance and troubleshoot issues.

  • Stay updated on emerging AI technologies and best practices.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Proficiency in Python (FastAPI, Flask, or Django).

  • Strong experience with machine learning / deep learning frameworks (PyTorch, TensorFlow, Scikit-learn).

  • Familiarity with LLM frameworks like LangChain, OpenAI APIs, or Hugging Face.

  • Experience with vector databases (Pinecone, FAISS, Weaviate).

  • Understanding of data pipelines (ETL, cleaning, feature engineering).

  • Cloud deployment on Azure / AWS / GCP. Good understanding of ERP logic or business data is a plus.

  • Strong programming skills in Python (including libraries like pandas, NumPy, scikit-learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch).

  • Experience with SQL and NoSQL databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, etc.). Experience in building and deploying data pipelines (Airflow, Spark, or similar).

  • Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) for data storage and ML deployment.

  • Strong understanding of machine learning concepts, algorithms, and model evaluation.

  • Experience with data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, or Plotly/Matplotlib).

  • Problem-solving mindset and ability to handle complex datasets.

Preferred

  • Hands-on with RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) architecture.

  • Knowledge of business process automation or enterprise data workflows.

  • Familiarity with DevOps pipelines for AI model deployment.
