- Minimum 3 5 years of proven experience in marketing or sales (preferably in the agricultural sector or related products).
- Strong negotiation, persuasion, and relationship-building skills.
- Dynamic, ambitious personality with the ability to conduct fieldwork and client visits.
- Strong reporting and market data analysis skills.
