Roles & Responsibilities

The role will also require some actual coaching at management level.
Therefore we are looking to engage highly experienced and competent ACs with experience of working closely with SMs and supporting their development within a financial environment.
The engagement will be for a minimum of 12 months, and we are offering a monthly remuneration of £6-7k (local equivalent, tax-free) on a self-employed contract basis.

Desired Candidate Profile

Lithe Transformation is supporting one of our banking/finance clients in Dubai. Their situation is that they have a strong team of Scrum Masters working with 30+ tribes in the organisation. They require 2-3 Agile Coaches to support the development of some of those SMs into becoming fully-fledged and highly-skilled Agile Coaches themselves.
Ideally we are looking for people who are already in Dubai, since we are not able to offer accommodation assistance. Applications from Emirati nationals are especially welcome, although citizenship status will not outweigh relevant skills and experience. (However, applications will also be considered from suitable candidates not currently in Dubai/UAE who are able and willing to arrange and support their own accommodation).
