Were Hiring: Aftermarket Sales Manager Centrifugal Pumps

Location: Jubail, Saudi Arabia

Reports To: General Manager

We are seeking an experienced Aftermarket Sales Manager specializing in Centrifugal Pumps to lead and grow our aftermarket business in Saudi Arabia. The role involves managing a team of 78 Sales & Service Engineers, driving customer engagement, and expanding business opportunities with leading oil & gas, petrochemical, and utility clients

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor s degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
  
• 15+ years of experience in centrifugal pump aftermarket sales, with 5+ years in a managerial role.
  
• Proven experience leading sales/service teams.
  
• Strong technical knowledge of pump systems and aftermarket requirements.
  
• Familiarity with clients in oil & gas, petrochemical, and utilities.
  
• Excellent communication, leadership & organizational skills.
  
• Proficiency in MS Office & CRM systems (SAP, Salesforce, etc.).
  
• Valid Saudi driving license preferred.
  
• Arabic language skills an advantage.
  
• Candidates must currently be working with centrifugal pump manufacturers (Flowserve, Sulzer, KSB, Grundfos, etc.) or their agents in Saudi Arabia.
