Roles & Responsibilities
- After-Sales Service Assistant
- Welcome, cost and assist customers with after-sales service.
- Register, track and process complaints, returns or requests for service.
- Coordinate with technical, commercial and logistics departments to resolve issues.
- Write and update client files and intervention reports.
- To ensure customer satisfaction and contribute to loyalty.
- Participate in the continuous improvement of after-sales procedures.
- My trise advances computer tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Good customer relations and ability to manage complaint situations.
- Sense of organization and administrative rigor (intervention sheet, invoicing, quotes).
- Sense of customer service, responsiveness and autonomy.
- Mobility and immediate availability.
- Good presentation and excellent speech.
- Residence in Algiers or surroundings.
