Perform preventive and corrective maintenance for electric forklifts.

Diagnose electrical and mechanical faults and ensure fast, effective repairs.

Support the implementation of a Mobile Service Unit model, where technicians operate fully equipped service vans to provide on-site customer support instead of relying solely on workshop repairs.

Ensure maximum equipment availability and uptime at customer sites.

Respond to breakdowns and service calls within agreed SLAs.

Prepare service reports and maintenance documentation.

Coordinate with spare parts and technical teams to ensure timely repairs.

Provide technical support and guidance to customers when needed.

• Requirements:
• Bachelor s degree in Electrical Engineering.
• Experience in after-sales service or maintenance of electric forklifts or similar equipment.
• Strong troubleshooting skills (electrical & mechanical).
• Good communication and customer service skills
