Roles & Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate aftersales support for customers, ensuring their needs are addressed promptly and professionally.
  • Manage customer inquiries related to warranties, repairs, and maintenance services.
  • Schedule service appointments and follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and aftersales services using our internal software.
  • Collaborate with the service team to ensure timely completion of customer requests.
  • Resolve customer complaints or escalate them to management as needed.


Desired Candidate Profile

Previous experience in After-sales coordination within the automotive industry. Strong customer service skills, with the ability to handle challenging situations calmly and professionally. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Proficiency in using computers and experience with CRM systems. Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively. A proactive and solution-oriented approach to customer service.
