Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Aesthetic Clinic Manager will oversee the operations and hygiene standard of the clinic. Incumbent will manage every aspect of the daily operation ensuring the highest quality of service is provided for clients, while driving 100% compliance on Clinic SOP and Ministry of Health standard. Will be responsible for supervising staff, scheduling shifts, promoting services and ensure updated records of expenses and revenues.
- Ensure the smooth running of the business, managing staff and ensuring treatments are provided to the highest possible standards.
- Participates in the development, review, revision, and implementation of the Clinic goals, objectives, policies, protocols, and procedures tocarry out the delivery of services.
- Do all efforts to achieve monthly sales target/Upselling.
- Ensures effective staff utilization to meet staffing and workload requirements and support the delivery of quality care and services within budgetary guidelines.
- Hire and train aesthetic medical staff / technicians, as needed
- Responsible for overall inventories like review the stock reorder level, Order products and consumables, stock replenishment, stock expiry date and off-shelf/ discard of expiry products.
- Arrange for regular maintenance services for all medical / non-medical equipment’s inside the Clinic.
- Apply international best practices of hygiene standards across the entire clinic, including common areas.
- Develops and manages quality improvement initiatives for areas of responsibility in conjunction with other key staff.
- Conduct performance improvement and risk management programs within the Clinic.
- Ensures compliance with legal issues including, but not limited to, patient confidentiality and risk management by ensuring compliance with local laws and regulations.
- Manages and oversees the administrative operations of the clinic and Janitorial staff.
- Ensures that both Front offices process the patients timely and appropriately.
- Handles and resolves patients’ complaints/grievance as per policies and procedures.
- Monitors productivity and receivables. Monitor new enrollment and ensures member retention.
- Ensure the clinics site and medical records are always prepared / updated for audits.
- Ensures dissemination of information to the clinic staff, providers and other on any updates and/or changes of clinics protocols.
- Oversee patient billing/certification procedures for all clinic services.
- Maintain a positive working relationship with staff.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Qualification –Shall hold a Baccalaureate and/or master’s degree in healthcare administration, medical services administration, or a similar field. Experience in the healthcare industry either as a Registered Nurse or in a similar medical administrative role.(Experience may substitute for education)
- Should have minimum 6 years of supervisory experience.
- Due to nature of job female is must.
- Knowledge of the methods, techniques and procedures used in delivery of patient care services.
- Knowledge of medical terminology, clinic routines, procedures,equipment, and facilities.
- Knowledge of computer systems used in medical care, e.g., electronic health record, telemedicine/telehealth, databases.
- Knowledge and experience in medical quality improvement activities.
- Should have ability to work with different nationalities.
- IT Skills – Must have good IT skills, including work experience in ERP system. Knowledge of IT systems like Clinic Management system, Zenoti would be an added advantage.
- Should display professional approach with impeccable integrity, dependability and strong sense and desire to work in a trust-based and team driven environment.
- Must have proven written and verbal communication skills along with ability to be a proactive and contributory member of a highly professional and motivated management team.
