About the Role:

A leading, high-end aesthetics clinic in Muscat is seeking a confident, experienced, and operationally strong Clinic Manager to oversee the daily management of the practice. This is a full-time leadership role requiring a hands-on, detail-oriented professional with a passion for excellence in service, staff leadership, and clinical standards.

The Clinic Manager will be responsible for the smooth running of the entire clinic, ensuring a five-star experience for every client, and maintaining 100% compliance with Ministry of Health regulations and internal SOPs. You will lead a team of 20–25 staff across clinical, front-of-house, and support functions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Day-to-day management of clinic operations and staff across all departments
• Maintain full compliance with health authority and clinic-specific SOPs
• Staff supervision: rotas, performance, training, and recruitment
• Handle client feedback, complaints, and overall satisfaction metrics
• Stock, procurement, and inventory control
• Liaising with senior management and stakeholders on performance and KPIs
• Ensure cleanliness, safety, and high standards across the entire facility
• Coordinate maintenance, third-party vendors, and service providers
• Implement systems for continuous improvement and efficiency

Requirements:

• Minimum 6 years of supervisory or management experience in a healthcare or wellness environment
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
• Excellent knowledge of clinical SOPs and Ministry of Health compliance standards
• Bachelor’s degree preferred (but relevant experience will be considered in lieu)
• Fluent English communication; Arabic is a plus
• Highly organised, able to multitask and manage a busy team
• Calm, professional presence with excellent client-facing skills
