Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

As an Aerospace Engineer, you will design, analyze, and optimize aerospace components, systems, and structures. You will collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure projects meet stringent performance, safety, and regulatory standards.

This is a full-time, on-site position based in Dubai, UAE.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, analyze, and test aircraft, spacecraft, and aerospace systems.
  • Develop and validate structural, propulsion, and control systems.
  • Conduct simulations, modeling, and performance analysis using advanced software.
  • Ensure compliance with aerospace industry standards and regulations.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including mechanical, electrical, and software engineers.
  • Contribute to R&D initiatives for next-generation aerospace technologies.
  • Prepare detailed technical reports, documentation, and project plans.
  • Troubleshoot design and operational issues to enhance performance and reliability.

Required Skills & Software Proficiency

  • Strong knowledge of aerodynamics, propulsion, and structural mechanics.
  • Proficiency in CAD and simulation software (CATIA, SolidWorks, ANSYS, MATLAB/Simulink).
  • Experience with CFD (Computational Fluid Dynamics) and FEA (Finite Element Analysis).
  • Knowledge of aviation and aerospace regulations (FAA, EASA, or equivalent).
  • Familiarity with project management and testing protocols.
  • Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work in multidisciplinary and fast-paced environments.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor s or Master s degree in Aerospace Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in aerospace engineering or aerospace project management.
  • Proven track record in design, testing, and validation of aerospace systems.
  • Experience with aerospace software and simulation tools is mandatory.
