Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Operational

Execute procurement activities, including sourcing, ordering, and managing supplier relationships.

Handle administrative tasks related to procurement, such as order processing and record-keeping.

Provide support to senior procurement staff and collaborate with project teams to ensure procurement aligns with project requirements.

Ensure procurement activities comply with company policies, legal regulations, and project requirements.

Manage the selection and evaluation of suppliers and subcontractors, ensuring quality and cost-effectiveness.

Negotiate and finalize contracts, including terms and conditions, to mitigate risks and maximize value.

Collaborate with project managers and other departments to align procurement activities with project timelines and requirements.

Monitor contract performance and address any issues or disputes that arise.
