Roles & Responsibilities
Job Summary:
PADRA Clinic is seeking a skilled Ads and Performance Marketing Specialist to drive and optimize digital advertising campaigns across all branches. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating, managing, and analyzing paid advertising strategies on platforms such as Google Ads, Meta (Facebook C Instagram), Snapchat, Twitter (X), TikTok, and YouTube to generate high- quality leads and maximize return on investment (ROI).
Ad Campaign Management:
- · Develop, execute, and optimize paid advertising campaigns for all PADRA branches across multiple digital platforms.
- · Conduct A/B testing on ad creatives, headlines, and targeting strategies to improve performance.
- · Set up and monitor conversion tracking, retargeting, and custom audience segmentation.
Budget and Performance Optimization:
- Manage and allocate ad budgets efficiently to maximize ROI.
- Track key performance indicators (KPIs) such as CPC, CPA, CTR, ROAS, and lead quality to ensure campaign success.
- Adjust bids, keywords, and targeting based on performance data.
Creative Strategy and Content Collaboration:
- Work closely with the design team to develop compelling ad creatives, videos, and landing pages.
- Optimize ad copy and visuals for engagement and conversions.
- Stay updated on trends in digital advertising, competitor activities, and industry best practices.
Collaboration and Reporting:
- Coordinate with the call center and sales teams to ensure lead quality and conversion tracking.
- Provide weekly and monthly performance reports with insights and recommendations.
- Monitor and analyze customer behavior trends to refine targeting strategies.
Desired Candidate Profile
· 5+ years of experience in managing paid digital ads (healthcare, beauty, or cosmetic industry experience is a plus).
· Strong knowledge of Google Ads, Meta Ads, Snapchat Ads, TikTok Ads, and Twitter Ads.
· Experience with Google Analytics, Facebook Pixel, and UTM tracking for performance analysis.
· Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel, Google Sheets, or data visualization tools.
· Familiarity with landing page optimization and conversion rate optimization (CRO).
· Ability to work in a fast-paced, data-driven environment.
· Strong communication and reporting skills in English and Arabic (preferred).
· Experience running lead generation campaigns for high-ticket services.
· Knowledge of programmatic advertising and AI-driven ad automation.
