Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

As DGPS enters a new phase of expansion — including the completion of its purpose-built

secondary campus and launch of Sixth Form — the Admissions Manager will play a pivotal

role in driving enrolment growth, shaping the school’s brand identity, and ensuring a seamless

experience for prospective families.

This is a senior leadership role that requires strategic oversight, data-driven decision-making,

and close collaboration with academic and operational teams to ensure sustainability and

community growth.

Key Areas of Responsibility

1. Strategic Admissions Leadership

• Lead and oversee all aspects of student recruitment and admissions, ensuring a firstclass, responsive, and personalised admissions journey.

• Develop and deliver an annual admissions and retention strategy aligned to the school’s

growth and revenue targets.

• Forecast student numbers, model capacity and seat planning, and provide accurate

monthly reports for SLT, OMC, and HQ.

• Monitor enrolment conversion data from enquiry to admission, using CRM analytics to

inform marketing investment and staffing projections.

• Drive an inclusive approach to admissions that reflects the school’s values and

commitment to equity and sustainability (E33 Framework).

2. Marketing, Brand, and Communications

• Design and implement a cohesive marketing plan that elevates DGPS’s visibility and

positions it as the leading British school in Dubai South.

• Oversee internal and external communications across digital, print, and social channels,

ensuring brand consistency.

• Lead targeted campaigns to support the opening of the secondary campus and Sixth

Form (A-Level/BTEC/ASDAN).

• Work with the Principal to curate high-quality promotional content — video

storytelling, digital advertising, newsletters, and community features.

• Build relationships with feeder schools, community partners, and local businesses to

enhance brand reach and referral networks.

3. Data, Insight, and Reporting

• Own all admissions data reporting through iSAMS and CRM platforms, ensuring realtime tracking of enquiries, offers, and enrolments.

• Produce monthly data dashboards showing trends, projections, and conversion rates.

• Benchmark performance against local competitors and regional market indicators.

• Collaborate with the Business Operations and Finance teams on forecasting and revenue

modelling.

4. Leadership and Collaboration

• Line manage and develop the Admissions and Marketing Officers, ensuring high-quality

customer service and data integrity.

• Contribute to school-wide operational planning and the annual marketing and

admissions budget.

• Work closely with the Head of Business Operations to integrate admissions, finance, and

communications workflows.

• Actively contribute to the wider school leadership culture — modelling professionalism,

coaching colleagues, and supporting community engagement.

Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Education, or Business; Master’s degree preferred.

• Minimum 5 years of leadership experience in admissions, marketing, or student

recruitment, ideally within a British or international school context.

• Proven track record of achieving enrolment targets and leading measurable growth.

• High digital literacy: CRM systems (e.g. iSAMS, OpenApply), social media analytics, and

marketing automation tools.

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; confident public speaker and

relationship builder.

• Strategic thinker with strong analytical, organisational, and project management skills.
