Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Evaluate and process applications, ensuring that each candidate meets the specific admission criteria tailored to the institution's standards.
- Conduct comprehensive interviews with prospective students to assess their motivations, aspirations, and fit for the program.
- Collaborate with academic departments to develop targeted recruitment strategies that attract diverse and high-quality candidates.
- Manage and participate in outreach programs, including college fairs and school visits, to effectively communicate the institution's values and offerings.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Education, Business Administration, or a related field, demonstrating foundational knowledge in admissions processes.
- 2-4 years of experience in admissions or recruitment roles, preferably within higher education institutions to ensure familiarity with the landscape.
- Strong understanding of enrollment management strategies, with proven ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.
- Excellent communication skills in English, with proficiency in a second language preferred to engage with a diverse candidate pool.
