Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Manages the guest service team during daily operations, including the information desk, lobby up-sellers, ticket counters, call center and access control.
- Actively adhering to and promoting the highest levels of customer service throughout the Guest Services team.
- Drives strategic and tactical best practice in Ticketing to ensure that our processes, systems and people deliver excellence in Ticketing Guest Experience.
- Works closely with the cash office team to ensure correct results in daily revenue reports.
- Produces relevant management reports to help Global Snow understand its commercial positioning regarding ticket sales activity.
- Works closely with Marketing Team for Global Snow website, mobile app for any changes.
- Responsible for reviewing Majid Al Futtaim internal audit report and actions for all relevant points.
- Works with IT to ensure upkeep of operational software and hardware within the Guest Service Department.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Bachelor s degree in Business Administration or Hospitality.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a supervisory or managerial role within the leisure or hospitality sectors.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Strong leadership skills.
- Excellent command of the English language.
