Roles & Responsibilities

Company Description

The United Arab Emirates focuses on enhancing its private security sector to maintain security and stability. Experts from various countries contribute to research and best practices in the field, promoting professionalism and future readiness. The Private Security Firms Regulatory Department oversees the administration, training, licensing, and supervision of the private security industry. Within this framework, the National Security Institute was established in 2008 to train private security personnel according to approved curricula.

Role Description

(Arabic & English fluency required for the mentioned job)

1. Coordinate Admissions and Registration team activities, ensuring seamless management and customer relationships.

2. Implement and enforce the management of activities, Admissions and Applications processes and policies.

3. Handle client inquiries (Arabic and English) regarding admission and registration issues, providing timely and accurate responses.

4. Ensure adherence to NSI policies and procedures in all interactions.

5. Utilise excellent computer operations skills to manage admissions and registration systems efficiently.

Job Responsibilities

· Supervising trainee’s admissions in accordance with the accepted requirement at institution.

· Ensuring the trainees records, registration process, course schedules, academic calendar, generation of grade cards and transcriptions, statistics report on enrollment, and graduation are maintained.

· Responding queries, emails and phone from trainees/ clients and provide those details responses to their enquiries about application process, fees and course selection as necessary on a timely manner and in accordance to the policies and procedures.

· Review and implement of all study plans.

· Make sure that the final exam result is received, checked, and archived.

· Ensuring that all the trainees’ data are completely filled and archived in their files.

· Reviewing applications and electronic data to ensure it is filed and stored in a systematic, orderly and organised manner.

· Reviewing the checked applications & lists

· Review the Checked Certificates and result lists

· Assist all members of the registration staff with office duties and procedures as and when required.

· Assist in the receiving of applications when required.

. Any other duties and tasks asked to it by the direct manager.

Academic Qualification

Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or equivalent

Experience

More than 5 years of experience in the same field

Language requirements

Fluency required in Arabic and English
