Job Description: (Remote)
We are looking for a reliable and organized Real Estate Admin / Coordinator to join our team. The candidate will assist in managing property listings, coordinating with clients and landlords, and supporting the sales team with documentation, quotations, and marketing activities.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare and manage quotations, agreements, and other documentation.
- Upload and update property listings on Dubizzle, Bayut, Property Finder, and other portals.
- Coordinate with landlords, clients, and agents for property details and viewings.
- Handle inquiries, calls, and follow-ups from clients.
- Accompany the manager or property owner for property visits or meetings when required.
- Assist with payments and deal follow-ups. Maintain proper record of listings, documents, and leads.
Requirements: - Experience in real estate administration or brokerage support in the UAE preferred.
- Good knowledge of real estate portals (Dubizzle, Bayut, Property Finder).
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and basic computer operations.
