Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Manage day-to-day administrative operations, including scheduling meetings, managing correspondence, and maintaining files and records.
  • Assist in the preparation of reports, presentations, and other documentation.
  • Coordinate office activities and events, ensuring smooth operations.
  • Handle inquiries and provide support to staff and clients.
  • Maintain inventory of office supplies and place orders as needed.
  • Support the management team with various projects and initiatives.
  • Implement and improve administrative processes to enhance efficiency.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor s degree in Business Administration or a related field (preferred).
  • Proven experience in an administrative role.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Familiarity with office management procedures and basic accounting principles is a plus.
