Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to ensure efficient office operations.
- Coordinate and schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for executives and staff.
- Prepare, proofread, and manage correspondence, reports, and presentations.
- Maintain and organize physical and digital filing systems for easy retrieval of documents.
- Assist in the preparation and processing of invoices, expense reports, and purchase orders.
- Serve as a liaison between departments to facilitate communication and workflow.
- Monitor and order office supplies, ensuring adequate inventory levels are maintained.
- Support the onboarding process for new employees, including documentation and orientation logistics.
- Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
- Assist in organizing company events, workshops, and training sessions.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Bachelor s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
- 1-3 years of proven experience in an administrative or office support role.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- High attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks.
- Demonstrated problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
- Professional demeanor and strong interpersonal skills.
- Willingness to work on-site in an office environment.
