Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Handle day-to-day administrative tasks and ensure compliance with company policies.
- Prepare and manage correspondence, reports, and other documents.
- Coordinate with vendors and service providers for office requirements.
- Maintain attendance and leave records and support employees administrative needs.
- Organize meetings, book conference rooms, and handle logistics arrangements.
- Oversee office maintenance and ensure a proper work environment.
- Provide administrative support to senior management as needed.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Bachelor s degree in a relevant field.
- 2 4 years of proven experience in Administration.
- Excellent command of English (spoken & written).
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office applications.
- Must be residing in Sheraton Cairo.
