Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Oversee daily administrative operations to ensure smooth office functionality.
Maintain and organize physical and digital files, records, and documentation.
Prepare and process correspondence, reports, and presentations as required.
Liaise with internal departments and external partners to facilitate communication and workflow.
Monitor office supplies and place orders to maintain adequate inventory levels.
Assist in the preparation and management of budgets, invoices, and expense reports.
Support the onboarding process for new employees and maintain personnel records.
Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Bachelor s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
- 1-3 years of proven experience in an administrative or office management role.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy in work.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Professional demeanor and ability to handle sensitive information.
- Willingness to work on-site in a full-time, office-based arrangement.
