Key Responsibilities:
Proficient in using the ministries online systems, fulfilling their requirements, and submitting necessary documents when required.
Provide administrative and clerical support to ensure smooth office operations.
Manage correspondence, records, and filing systems (electronic and paper-based).
Schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
Prepare memos, letters, and internal communications.
Support HR and Finance teams with daily administrative tasks.
Maintain inventory of office supplies and handle vendor coordination.
Liaise with government and external entities as required.
