Roles & Responsibilities

We are a fast-growing company operating in Lebanon and Iraq, representing leading international brands in medical, dental, and aesthetic equipment and products.

We re looking for a highly organized Administrative & Marketing Coordinator to join our Beirut office. The role focuses on administrative support while also assisting with basic marketing activities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle daily administrative tasks and office coordination.
  • Manage incoming phone calls and emails professionally.
  • Provide hospitality and ensure a welcoming office environment.
  • Prepare and format client offers and quotations.
  • Support recruitment by posting job vacancies, scheduling interviews, and maintaining candidate files.
  • Communicate with suppliers.
  • Assist with social media content and simple visuals.

Desired Candidate Profile

Bachelor s degree in business administration, Marketing, or related field.

Minimum 3 years experience in administration or coordination.

Fluent in English and Arabic (French is a plus).

Excellent organization and communication skills.
