Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
To support the Administration Lead in ensuring smooth and efficient operations of administrative services
Key Responsibilities:- Act as the main point of contact for the contracted security company.
- Monitor and evaluate the performance of security personnel and ensure compliance with company standards.
- Oversee daily operations of employee transportation buses, ensuring punctuality and safety.
- Liaise with transportation providers to manage routes, schedules, and capacity planning.
- Coordinate with the company driver(s) for daily assignments, vehicle maintenance, and route planning.
- Ensure proper documentation and compliance with traffic and safety regulations.
- Maintain logs for vehicle usage, fuel consumption, and maintenance schedules.
- Manage the Facility such as (Buffet needs, Offers for givewayes, Office supplies)
Desired Candidate Profile
- Bachelor s degree.
- 1:3 years of experience in administration.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to manage external vendors and internal stakeholders effectively.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Problem-solving mindset and attention to detail.
