Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
We are looking for a highly organized Office & Training Administrator to support our training center operations and coordinate logistics for our employees and trainees.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate training schedules, invitations, attendance, and follow-ups
- Collect and organize trainee feedback, prepare summary reports
- Handle office supplies, purchasing, and office maintenance requests
- Support documentation, filing, and monthly reporting
- Communicate with trainees, vendors, and internal teams
- Assist with simple logistics and daily office management tasks
- 1 3 years of experience in office administration or coordination
- Strong English communication skills (spoken & written)
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Good organization, multitasking, and follow-up ability
- Professional, positive attitude
