Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

We are looking for a highly organized Office & Training Administrator to support our training center operations and coordinate logistics for our employees and trainees.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate training schedules, invitations, attendance, and follow-ups
  • Collect and organize trainee feedback, prepare summary reports
  • Handle office supplies, purchasing, and office maintenance requests
  • Support documentation, filing, and monthly reporting
  • Communicate with trainees, vendors, and internal teams
  • Assist with simple logistics and daily office management tasks
  • 1 3 years of experience in office administration or coordination
  • Strong English communication skills (spoken & written)
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Good organization, multitasking, and follow-up ability
  • Professional, positive attitude
